Regional University Championship 2010/2011

The University of Valencia, together with the Universities of Alacant, Cardenal Herrera-CEU, Jaume I, Miguel Hernández, Politècnica de València and Catòlica Sant Vicent Màrtir, organises and participates via their respective services in the Regional University Championship of the Valencian Community.

The goal of the championship is to foster sports among university students in the Region of Valencia. The competition has a general regulation and discipline rules which, together with the Regulations on Sports Discipline of the Spanish University Championships and the official game rules and the regulations of the Spanish federations, provide a stable legal framework for the development of the championships.

CADU championships are organised both for team sports and individual ones:

Individual sports:chess, athletics, badminton, cross country, climbing, fencing, pelota, golf, judo, karate, orienteering, paddle tennis, taekwondo, tennis, table tennis, archery, triathlon and beach volleyball.

Team sports:basketball, handball, volleyball, football, five-a-side football and rugby (men and women).
